About Me
I have been a therapist for the last 10 years. During that time, I have helped clients overcome anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication and relationship issues, anxiety, work stress, depression, PTSD and insomnia. Therapy is a safe place. It is a place to find your voice. To become the best you can be.
If the strategies that have always worked to help you hold it together aren’t working anymore, I can teach you better ways of meeting your needs, especially in your relationship. By working with me, you can learn to build a happy marriage, reduce your anxiety, and overcome depression. I am a nonjudgemental therapist who works with men, women and couples who are struggling on the inside. I use Gottman Method Therapy and EMDR to help people build more satisfying relationships and find more meaning in life. I am here to provide help that is both practical and transformative. I want you to feel safe and heard.
